What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient orthopedic care to adult patients
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Perform or oversee surgical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with ancillary staff, including nurses and administrative personnel
- Document patient encounters in EMR (EPIC)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
What You Need
- Medical license in Ohio
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to relocate or reside within 40 miles of Ashtabula
