- Competitive base salary:
- $500,000 for 0-3 years
- $550,000 for 4-6 years
- $600,000+ for 7+ years
- Bonus & Incentives:
- Up to $75,000 annual bonus based on performance
- One-time $50,000 signing bonus

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Lead and develop a vascular surgery program at a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio
- Perform open and endovascular procedures including aneurysm repair, carotid artery surgery, limb salvage, and dialysis access
- Manage vascular conditions through medical therapy and non-surgical interventions
- Provide outpatient clinics, surgical planning, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, radiology, and other specialties
- Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care
- Participate in training, mentorship, and program expansion initiatives
- Engage in opportunities for leadership roles within the department
- Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care in a community-focused setting
- Board-certified or eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Ohio medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Proven experience in vascular procedures and management
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule and participate in call shifts (approx. 10 nights/month)
