An established and growing orthopedic program in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its dynamic team. This opportunity offers strong referral networks, modern surgical facilities, dedicated OR time, and a collaborative care model. The incoming surgeon will benefit from consistent case volume, excellent clinical support, and competitive compensation with strong earning potential.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures (general or subspecialty focus welcomed)
• Provide outpatient clinic evaluations and post-operative follow-up care
• Participate in shared call rotation (details to be discussed)
• Collaborate with physical therapists and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license
• Strong surgical and clinical expertise
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
Working Hours
• Combination of clinic and surgical schedule
Skills
• Sports medicine or trauma (welcome but not required)
• Fracture care and musculoskeletal management
• Surgical planning and post-op management
• EMR proficiency
