This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility serving the MetroWest community with comprehensive surgical services. The hospital provides modern surgical facilities with a supportive professional environment and collaborative medical staff.

Opportunity:
Physician - Surgery - General

Job Details:
• Coverage needed for specific dates in February, March, and April 2026, with 12-hour shifts (7A-7A)
• Board Certification Eligible - certification not required
•General Surgery experience preferred for adult, pediatric, neonate, and trauma cases
• Laparoscopic surgery skills preferred, including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and Nissen Fundoplication
• Experience with head/neck surgery (including thyroid), chest wall/pleural procedures, and breast surgery preferred
• Obstetric & gynecologic surgical experience preferred, including cesarean section, D&C, and hysterectomy
• GI endoscopy skills desired, including upper and lower endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy
• Additional preferred skills: minor orthopedics, hand surgery, ventilation management, chest tube insertion, and central line insertion
• PA catheter placement and vascular surgery experience preferred
• Plastic surgery experience beneficial
• Pediatric surgical skills preferred, including artesias (esophageal, intestinal, biliary), abdominal wall defects, and diaphragmatic hernia
• Must be licensed in Massachusetts - IMLC not accepted
• PALS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
