Position Overview:
* Employment Type: Employed position with salary based on productivity
* Facility: A regional level II trauma center
* Facilities & Resources: Access to hospital-owned ASC, main OR, onsite X-rays, hand therapy, and a WALANT procedure room
* Support & Teaching: Strong orthopedic resident and medical student teaching environment
* Clinic: Fully staffed Hand to Shoulder clinic with outpatient clinic and dedicated OR scheduling
* Case Mix: The candidate will provide care from fingertips to elbow, with potential to expand scope to include shoulder conditions
* Call: Hand call required 1 in 4, supported by orthopedic resident staff
* Referral Network: Extensive, covering three counties and over 300,000 population
* Collaboration: Opportunity to work with Oregon State University athletes
* Technology: Epic EMR system
* Team: Five mid-level providers, resident training, and medical student involvement

* Fellowship-trained in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery; CAQ Hands certified or eligible
* BC/BE
* Previous experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
* Excellent clinical and communication skills
* Strong commitment to team-oriented, compassionate patient care
