Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving, hospital-employed orthopedics practice located on the hospital campus in Lawton, Oklahoma.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a broad range of general orthopedic cases and will join an established orthopedic provider in a collaborative and supportive setting. The position includes 10 days of call per month , competitive compensation, and excellent benefits.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive orthopedic care, including diagnosis, surgical and non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions.
Perform a variety of general orthopedic procedures, including trauma and joint-related cases.
Participate in shared call coverage (approximately 10 days per month).
Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.
Participate in ongoing quality and practice improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification:
Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Orthopedic Surgery.
Eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Experience in general orthopedics preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong clinical and surgical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation at or above MGMA median , based on experience
Quarterly wRVU-based bonus opportunity
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$15,000 relocation allowance
$5,000 CME allowance + 5 days of CME annually
