This position offers the chance to lead and grow the Foot and Ankle Division, engage in academic teaching, and participate in impactful clinical research within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Build and lead a comprehensive Foot and Ankle Division
Collaborate with orthopedic specialists in sports, trauma, spine, total joint, and pediatrics
Participate in resident and fellow education, with weekly didactics and surgical teaching
Research opportunities supported by established infrastructure and funding resources
Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives
Call requirement: 4 days per month, with additional call available

### Requirements
MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of a Foot & Ankle Fellowship
Eligible for unrestricted Maryland medical license
Current DEA certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to education, research, and program development

Base Salary: $450,000 – $500,000 (depending on experience and certification)
