Iowa General Surgery position in a small community offering a block schedule of two weeks on and two weeks off. You will join a growing team in a unique opportunity. Excellent compensation, and a supportive community hospital environment. This General Surgery program is integral to their hospital and region, and this position offers the chance to truly make an impact while enjoying a schedule that supports work-life balance.
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Bread-and-butter general surgery, endoscopies, participation in newly developed breast program, ER/Trauma coverage. On-campus housing provided. Base Salary: $365,000 annually (paid in 26 equal payroll installments). Total earnings over $400k plus production. Extra Shifts: $1,800 per additional day worked. Annual Retention Bonus: 5% of current base salary. Quality Bonus: Up to $18,000 annually. RVU Productivity Program available. Paid Time Off (PTO): 160 hours annually.
