General Surgery Opportunity 45 Minutes to St. Louis Airport
Seeking a General Surgeon to join a Joint Commission Accredited 67-bed general acute care community owned hospital, serving a population of 40,000. Owned by the communities’ residents, with a focus of meeting the needs of or patients, physicians, staff, suppliers, and the public. We are rated a TOP 100 Rural Hospital by The Chartis Center for Rural Health, which determines the Top 100 by assessing hospital performance. Their INDEX is a comprehensive evaluation based on publicly available data across eight key areas: quality, outcomes, patient perspective, cost, charge, financial efficiency, and market share.
Our state-of-the-art emergency department features 10 specialized treatment rooms. Every year, our Emergency Medicine team provides medical care for nearly 9,200 patients who face life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
