Job description
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our dedicated team. Our hospital offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency care, surgical procedures, and diagnostic services.
Position Highlights:
Perform a broad range of general surgery procedures, including minimally invasive techniques. Access to advanced surgical technology, including the da Vinci Xi Robot, enhancing surgical precision and patient outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists in vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, ENT, and infectious disease. Engage in a supportive environment with a strong referral base and a service area encompassing over 250,000 individuals. Opportunity to participate in teaching, as our facility serves as a training site for a Family Practice residency program.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of West Virginia.
