Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is seeking a General Surgeon to join its established physician-led group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. This opportunity offers robotic technology, a strong referral base, and the opportunity to build a busy surgical practice.
The incoming surgeon will provide inpatient and outpatient surgical care, support clinics in Montclair and Covina, and perform procedures at affiliated hospitals throughout the region.

Practice Overview
- Physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire
- Current team includes 2 General Surgeons, 1 Colorectal Surgeon, and 1 Physician Assistant
- Affiliated with Prime Healthcare and Emanate Health facilities
What You'll Do
- Perform acute and elective general surgery procedures
- Perform robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
- Manage outpatient clinic visits in Montclair and Covina
- Provide inpatient surgical consultations and follow-up care
- Participate in ER and hospital call coverage
Schedule & Call
- Full-Time
- Clinic hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Flexible clinic and OR scheduling
- 1:3 night and weekend call rotation
- Call typically shared across two hospitals
What We're Looking For
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Surgery
- Interest in robotic and minimally invasive surgery
- Ability to build and grow a surgical practice
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
Compensation & Employment Structure
- Year 1 income guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonus
- Year 2+ productivity-based compensation model
- Approximately 70% of collections after expenses, negotiable
- Shared overhead structure
- Relocation assistance negotiable
- Malpractice insurance provided
- New graduates may be hired as W-2 employees
- Experienced surgeons may work as 1099 independent contractors
