* Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with Hand Fellowship training
* Academic faculty position (Assistant, Associate, or Professor level based on experience)
* 100% outpatient/clinical practice at outreach clinic with academic responsibilities
* Provide full-scope orthopaedic hand surgery care
* Supervise and teach medical students and residents
* Opportunity to help develop and grow the orthopaedic hand program
* Participate in protocol development and outcomes evaluation
* Serve on university and College of Medicine committees
* Strong emphasis on clinical teaching, mentorship, and academic collaboration
