*Location: Carlsbad, NM
*Coverage: Call Only (Beeper), 20 minute response; average phone consults-5, patients seen-3 per 24 hrs
*Dates available:
- March 10 - 19
- April 7-April 16
- May 12-14
- May 25-June 10
- More dates may be added
- Multiple providers will be accepted; Give me your availability for part/all of any of these stints
*Setting: Hospital: Emergency Department, admissions will be required
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted NM license or IMLC
- Board Certified General Surgeon, with Trauma experience
- Clean DEA, Malpractice & NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases, or large payouts in previous 7 years)
- ABLS, ACLS
- Could be required to see any age patient
*Rate: Open, give me your best or going rate.
*EMR: MedHost
*All travel/lodging/malpractice costs are covered; nearest airport is El Paso, TX or Roswell, NM; housing in hospital furnished apartment.
