Weekend Coverage needed for General Surgery in North Central TX, Weekend Call
*Location: North Central Texas, approximately 60 from Dallas.
*Setting: Inpatient/Hospital
*Start Date: December 23
*End Date: January 29
*Coverage: 24 hour Call
*Immediate dates to cover:
- Dec 23-27
- Dec 31-Jan 2
- Jan 21-23
- Jan 26 & 29
- Please let me know your availability. I can take more than one surgeon. If you can take any of these weekends, please let me know immediately.
*Requirements:
- BE/BC
- Active, unrestricted TX license
- Clean DEA (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts)
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS
*Credentialing Timeframe: 5 days
*Skills: Gen Surgery-Adult, Laparoscopic Surgery, Chest Tube, Umbilical Defects, Hernia
*Preferred Skills: Head/Neck ( including Thyroid), Chest wall/pleural procedures, GI endoscopy (upper & lower), sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, central line placement, omphalocele, diaphragmatic hernia, imperforate anus, PDA ligation
*EMR: Medhost
*Please let me know your availability, the number of shifts per month you can handle, and dates you are available/unavailable. If you want a specific schedule, such as one, or 2 weeks per month, or 2 or 3 days a week, please make me aware.

*Malpractice Insurance provided
