Position Highlights:
* Join a collegial surgical team of 4 general surgeons and 6 experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
* APPs assist with inpatient management and 1st call coverage
* Robust regional referral base of 300,000+ supported by Arnot Health s extensive network of primary care providers
* Practice a full spectrum of colorectal care, including robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic techniques
* Access to a da Vinci Xi Surgical System for advanced minimally invasive procedures
* Collaborate with a comprehensive on-site Cancer Center offering chemotherapy and radiation therapy
Candidate Qualifications:
* Fellowship training in Colorectal Surgery preferred
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery or Colon and Rectal Surgery
* Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
* Highly competitive base salary: \$475,000 \$590,000 with productivity incentives
