Primarily CV surgical call coverage
Limited clinic hours, if needed
Coverage through July 2027
Assignment Details
Start: ASAP upon credentialing
End: July 31, 2027
Schedule: Clinical coverage + beeper call; coverage blocks to be confirmed
Call response: 20 minutes
Clinic: May be needed depending on volume; less than 10 hours weekly
Volume: 10–12 patients per shift
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Coverage: Admissions and rounding for assigned and unassigned patients
Regional catchment: Approximately 500,000 people
APP supervision required; staffing to be confirmed
No resident supervision
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
Urgent and emergent cardiovascular surgical coverage
Call coverage for CV surgical patients
Outpatient assessment as needed
Specific cardiovascular procedures to be confirmed
Requirements
Board certification in Cardiovascular Surgery required
AR license or IMLC
Current ACLS
Active DEA
Ability to supervise APPs
