- Outpatient clinic patient evaluation for cardiac surgical patients
- Surgical, pre-op, post-op, and critical care management of cardiac surgical patients
- Daytime rounding, decision making for continuity of care, and discharges
- Accepting and management of transfers, cath lab backup
- Management of cardiac surgery ICU patients including ECMO and mechanical circulatory support
- Board: BC in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Licenses: CT License or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Other Qualifications: EPIC Experience (preferred); Must be able to cover both sites (35-mile distance)
- Perform outpatient clinic patient evaluations for cardiac surgical patients.
- Provide surgical, pre-operative, post-operative, and critical care management for cardiac surgical patients.
- Manage daytime rounding, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
- Accept and manage patient transfers and provide cath lab backup.
- Manage cardiac surgery ICU patients, including those on ECMO and mechanical circulatory support.
