Cardiothoracic Surgeon
$850K+ Base + RVU Production | West Virginia

Position Highlights:
• Desirable Practice Setting: Join an established Cardiothoracic Surgery program growing from 1.75 FTE to 3 surgeons, with a roughly even split between clinic and OR time
• Robust Support Team: Backed by a Heart & Vascular team of 5 Interventional Cardiologists, 3 Electrophysiologists, 2 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, 2 Vascular Surgeons, an on-site Pulmonologist, and approximately 25 APPs
• Ideal Work Environment: Clinic located inside the main hospital, with private physician offices and dedicated CT Surgery operating rooms
• Culture & Support: Work alongside a highly experienced partner with 15+ years in the program, plus an approved expansion adding OR and cath lab capacity for continued growth
Compensation & Benefits:
• Compensation: $850,000 or greater base salary, plus RVU-based production bonus
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
Qualifications:
• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Licensure: Eligible for medical licensure in West Virginia
• Experience: Mid-career preferred; strong early-career candidates and non-traditional backgrounds will also be considered
