* OR-focused practice with limited clinic (1 day/week for consults & follow-ups)
* Join established CV surgery team: 2 surgeons + NP + dedicated surgical staff
* Strong procedural volume including: CABG (open heart surgery), TAVR, Valve replacements (mitral/aortic), EVAR, Thoracic procedures (VATS, lobectomy, thoracotomy) and Vascular procedures (carotid endarterectomy, AV fistula/graft)
* Dedicated CV anesthesia team and experienced OR staff
* Highly efficient workflow maximizing surgical time
