• Role: Cardiothoracic Surgeon (MD/DO)

• Duration: Multiple coverage blocks through October 2026
• Schedule:
  • 24/7 Call Coverage during assignment dates
  • Mix of inpatient + outpatient consults

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including:
  • CABG
  • Valve repair/replacement
  • Pericardial window
  • Lung resection
  • Vascular procedures (e.g., endarterectomy)
• Manage inpatient rounding & call coverage
• Conduct outpatient consults post-surgery
• Handle 1–2 surgeries per day (Mon–Fri, based on need)

Support & Environment

• Dedicated CT Surgery APP
• Experienced OR staff
• Clinic support including LPN & RN teams

Requirements

• ✔️ Board Certified (ABMS, AOA, or Canadian equivalent accepted)
• ✔️ Expertise in cardiothoracic and vascular procedures
• ✔️ Comfortable with full call coverage responsibilities
• ✔️ Graduate of an accredited medical school
