Position Overview:
- Start Date: May 2026
- Schedule: 24-hour beeper call (Sunday–Sunday coverage blocks)
- Coverage: Minimum 20 days/month required
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Inpatient CV surgery coverage with consults and rounding
- Advanced cardiac procedures including CABG, valve repair/replacement, aortic work
- Required experience with TAVR and MitraClip programs
Work Details:
- EMR: Epic
- Strong support with APPs and nursing staff
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Active GA license required (no licensing support)
- Must have experience in high-acuity CV programs and trauma settings
