• We are seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a high-paying locums opportunity in Lebanon, PA.
• This role offers weekend-focused coverage with a manageable callback volume and strong APP support.
• The provider will manage urgent cardiac surgical cases in a collaborative hospital setting.
• Ideal for surgeons seeking premium compensation with limited schedule commitment.

Job Responsibilities
• Handle urgent cardiac surgical cases from cath lab to OR.
• Perform surgical procedures and oversee post-operative care.
• Manage patient flow from ICU to discharge.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Respond to call coverage and patient needs during assigned shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Active Pennsylvania State License (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of cardiothoracic surgery experience required.
• EPIC experience preferred.
Working Hours
• Shift: Friday 12:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM
• 24-hour call coverage
• Average callback: 2–4 hours per day
• Ongoing locums assignment
