• Seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to provide specialized care within a Cardiothoracic Surgery program.
• The provider will manage patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgical procedures and provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
• This role focuses on surgical management, patient assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform cardiothoracic surgical procedures and assist in operative care
• Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative patient management
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and recovery plans
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in clinical condition
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical and clinical environment
Working Hours
• Scheduling based on surgical and clinical coverage needs
