This is a well-established medical center providing comprehensive healthcare services to the Modesto community and surrounding areas. The facility features a 12-bed department with Level 2 trauma capabilities, offering physicians the opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with diverse case exposure.
Opportunity:
Physician - Surgery - Vascular, Surgery - Cardiovascular
Job Details:
• Coverage needed March 25th 7am to March 30th 7am
• Manage approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
• Perform vascular surgical procedures including aneurysm repairs (thoracic and abdominal)
• Conduct arterial bypass and peripheral vascular procedures
• Handle vascular access devices and AV shunt procedures
• Additional general surgery skills preferred including laparoscopic procedures, GI endoscopy, breast surgery, and more
• Experience with ventilation management, chest tube insertion, and central line placement
• Must have active California medical license
• Board certification required with ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with trauma cases preferred
• Closest airports are San Francisco and Sacramento
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
