Job description
Solomon Page is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a full-time locum assignment at a Level I Trauma Center in Connecticut, with an anticipated start in February/March. This is a 3–6 month assignment with potential to extend into 2026 and/or convert to permanent.
Opportunity Highlights:

Hospital-based, 100% inpatient role (OR, ICU, ER consults, and floor rounding)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–5:00 PM

Call: Nights and weekends (approx. 7–8 calls/month, shared among 3 providers)

Average volume: ~2 cases/day

EMR: Epic

Full ancillary and surgical support

Adult & geriatric patient population
-
Credentialing timeframe: 30–45 days
Procedural Scope Includes:
CABG (on- and off-pump), redo coronary revascularization, arterial revascularization (IMA, radial, gastroepiploic), thoracic and descending aortic aneurysms, valve repair/replacement (including Mitral and CoreValve®), tube thoracostomy, pericardial window, and more.
