The largest Cardiothoracic Surgery private practice in the US seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for their open-heart program on the shore of Lake Superior. Reasonable volumes and great mentorship make this a perfect position for an early career surgeon.
Practice Highlights:
• Majority cardiac with routine thoracic and DaVinci; about 80 to 100 hearts per surgeon each year
• Call at one location only with light call burden in a community setting
• Level II trauma center, 222 beds
• Excellent 11 Cardiologists team in place
• $850k-1.5MM Salary structure, so you work alongside your partner - not compete
• Full benefits package + paid relocation
• Position is open to new graduates and experienced surgeons
