Breast Surgery Opening in State College, PA
Located in State College, PA; Pittsburgh 140m; Philadelphia 200m
Overview
* A not for profit regional health system is recruiting a fellowship trained breast surgeon to grow its breast program
* Full time, 100% breast surgery with no shared general surgery call
* Busy breast care center performing approximately 13,000 screening mammograms per year, led by 2 fellowship trained breast radiologists
* Dedicated block time and radiology support
* Practice is based at a 260 bed acute care hospital in a vibrant college town with short commutes, excellent schools and outdoor recreation
Qualifications
* Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery with fellowship training in breast surgery, MD or DO
* Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
* Community based medicine is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive base salary plus wRVU production incentive
* $100,000 sign-on bonus
