An established healthcare system in Central Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Breast Surgeon to join its growing medical staff in Brownwood. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term practice while working within a collaborative regional healthcare system with access to comprehensive surgical, oncology, imaging, and specialty resources.
Position Highlights
* Full-time, permanent Breast Surgery opportunity
* Hospital-employed position

Clinical Focus
* Evaluation and surgical management of benign and malignant breast conditions
* Breast cancer surgery
* Coordination of multidisciplinary cancer care
* Preoperative and postoperative patient management
* Collaboration with Oncology, Radiology, Pathology, and other specialists
* Development of individualized treatment plans
* Patient and family education throughout diagnosis, treatment, and recovery

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
* Breast Surgery experience or specialized training preferred
* Current or eligible Texas medical license
* Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills
* Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered breast care
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
