A highly regarded, established multispecialty surgical practice in Wellington, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon with a strong focus in Breast Surgery to join its growing team.

The Opportunity
The incoming surgeon will join an established surgical practice with experienced clinical and administrative infrastructure, strong referral relationships, and a collaborative physician environment.
The position offers the opportunity to develop a practice centered on breast surgery, while also maintaining a general surgery component based on the surgeon’s interests and the needs of the practice.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled, patient-centered surgeon with experience managing both benign and malignant breast disease. We are seeking a physician who values continuity of care, strong relationships with referring physicians, and long-term practice growth.

The group currently provides a broad range of surgical services, including breast surgery, general surgery, melanoma and cutaneous oncology surgery, colorectal surgery, bariatric and metabolic surgery, foregut surgery, and wound care.
Candidate Profile
Qualified candidates should:
- Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Have a strong interest and demonstrated experience in Breast Surgery
- Be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
- Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills
- Have a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable managing benign and malignant breast disease
- Be interested in developing referral relationships and growing a successful surgical practice
- Value collaboration, professionalism, and long-term practice development
Breast surgery experience is strongly preferred. Fellowship training in breast surgical oncology is welcomed but not required for the right candidate.
