A growing healthcare organization in Southern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Breast Surgeon to join a busy, established multispecialty group.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained surgeon seeking a focused breast surgery practice, strong referral support, access to oncology and plastic surgery colleagues, and significant patient volume in a desirable Southwest market.

• Full-time, hospital-employed position
• Breast Surgery fellowship required
• Join a large and busy multispecialty group
• Breast surgery call only
• High patient volume with strong growth potential
• Access to both Oncology and Plastic Surgery
• Interventional Radiology support available
• Benign breast management is optional
• Monthly multidisciplinary tumor board
• Dedicated lymphedema clinic available
• Office space available adjacent to the hospital
• Physician outreach and marketing support provided
• Begin with a dedicated Medical Assistant, with additional staffing added as volume grows
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• U.S. residency training required
• No visa sponsorship available

The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to build a focused breast surgery practice within a large regional network offering broad specialty support.
