Overview:
* Seeking a Breast Surgeon to join and help grow a comprehensive breast program on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
* Full-time position within a multidisciplinary breast care team.
* Collaborative practice alongside medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, pathology, and nurse navigation.
* Access to on-site mammography, breast MRI, ultrasound, and biopsy services.
* Strong referral network from established primary care and specialty providers.
* Opportunity to shape and expand the breast surgery service line.

Clinical Scope Includes:
* Management of benign and malignant breast disease.
* Breast-conserving surgery and mastectomy procedures.
* Participation in tumor boards and coordinated oncology care planning.
* Quality improvement and program development initiatives.

Position Offers:
* Base salary range: $420,000–$850,000.

Requirements:
* MD or DO.
