A leading multi-disciplinary oncology practice in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Surgical Oncologist to join an established and collaborative cancer care team. The group provides comprehensive, patient-centered treatment for cancer and blood-related diseases, integrating medical, surgical, and radiation oncology services under one coordinated system.

The group provides comprehensive, patient-centered treatment for cancer and blood-related diseases, integrating medical, surgical, and radiation oncology services under one coordinated system.
Job Responsibilities
⦁ Join a large, well-respected oncology group of over 30 providers, including surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and advanced practice clinicians.
⦁ Access to high-quality radiology, pathology, plastic surgery, and other subspecialties.
⦁ Partnership track opportunity after two years of employment.
⦁ Strong autonomy and flexibility in clinical decision-making.
⦁ Excellent administrative and clinical support, including dedicated scribes and surgical physician assistants.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship.
Eligible for or in possession of a Washington State medical license.
Commitment to excellence in patient care, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Working Hours
Typically 2 days per week in clinic, 2 days in surgery, and 1 flexible day for administration, additional surgery, or clinical follow-up.
Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards and access to clinical research programs.
Opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and residents through local training programs.
