- Multidisciplinary collaboration: Rad Onc, Oncology, Pathology, and Radiology
- Guaranteed surgical volumes – established referrals
- PA on-staff to perform follow-ups
- Blocked OR and procedure time
- $600K Compensation (base salary plus production)
