Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is seeking a Bariatric / MIS Surgeon to join its established physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. This opportunity offers advanced robotic technology, significant autonomy, and the ability to build a high-volume bariatric and minimally invasive surgery practice.
The incoming surgeon will perform a mix of bariatric, minimally invasive, and general surgery cases while supporting affiliated hospitals throughout the region.

Practice Overview
- Physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire
- Current team includes 2 General Surgeons, 1 Colorectal Surgeon, and 1 Physician Assistant
- Affiliated with Prime Healthcare and Emanate Health facilities
What You'll Do
- Perform bariatric, minimally invasive, and general surgery procedures
- Utilize robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic techniques
- Manage outpatient clinic visits and surgical follow-up care
- Build and grow your surgical volume within an established practice
- Participate in hospital and ER call coverage
Schedule & Call
- Full-Time
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Flexible clinic and OR scheduling
- 1:3 call rotation, negotiable
What We're Looking For
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Bariatric / MIS Surgeon
- Experience with advanced robotic and laparoscopic procedures
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Employment Structure
- Year 1 income guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonus
- Year 2+ productivity-based compensation model
- Up to 70% of collections after expenses
- 1099 independent contractor model preferred
- W-2 employment may be available
- Malpractice insurance provided
