A premier outpatient Sleep Medicine practice in Alaska is seeking a Sleep Medicine physician to join a growing and highly efficient program with flexibility to be based in either Anchorage or Wasilla.

This opportunity is designed for physicians seeking strong compensation, a manageable patient load, and a true quality-of-life schedule. Providers benefit from a 4-day workweek, outpatient-only responsibilities, and patient volumes capped at approximately 15–18 per day.

The practice primarily serves an adult patient population and incorporates both in-lab and home sleep studies, creating substantial additional earning potential through quarterly interpretation incentives. High-performing providers can generate an additional $100K+ annually, driven by productivity and study volume.
