Rheumatology position in: Kankakee, IL

Outpatient Rheumatology Location: Kankakee, Illinois • Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Rheumatologist to join an established, health system-employed practice. • Located approximately one hour south of Chicago. • Opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care while helping expand and develop the rheumatology service line. • Previous experience is welcomed but not required. Practice & Schedule • Monday–Friday outpatient clinic. • Join an existing practice with one board-certified rheumatologist. • Opportunity to work with an experienced physician mentor. • Minimal call responsibilities. • Responsibilities may include outpatient clinic care, procedures, and daytime inpatient rounding. • Teaching opportunities available. • Large primary care referral base. • On-site infusion center. • Excellent clinical and administrative support staff. • Uses EPIC EMR with DAX dictation technology.
