Saint Francis Healthcare system is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to provide comprehensive outpatient care and hospital consultations.

Practice Details:
- Multi- specialty Clinic located within Saint Francis Medical Center, with direct access to outpatient pharmacy, imaging, and lab services. Specialties including Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Nephrology.
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Established volume and patient panel
- Dedicated MA for clinic
- EMR: EPIC
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage rheumatologic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoporosis, and other autoimmune disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans, including medication management and infusion therapy
- Coordinate comprehensive care with primary care physicians and specialists
- Review and interpret lab results, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle changes, and treatment options
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship
- Board certified or board eligible in Rheumatology
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current DEA registration and required controlled-substance credentials, as applicable
- Eligibility for medical staff privileges and payer credentialing
- Strong diagnostic, procedural, documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Compensation and Benefits Package:
- $347,00 base or greater of the 1st two years, third year on pure productivity
- $50,000 Commencement Bonus or Monthly Stipend option for Residents
- Student loan reimbursement of up to $42,000 per year, PSLF qualifying site
- Relocation Allowance up to $15,000
- Comprehensive benefits include 25 days of PTO, CME time + stipend, paid malpractice, with trail coverage, health + dental insurance, and retirement plans.
