Compensation:
- Up to $400,000/year
- Top 90th percentile income potential — current rheumatologists here are among the top earners in the country
- Employed, with an income guarantee in Year 1 before shifting to productivity — be as busy as you want
- 100% paid malpractice and tail coverage

- 30 days (1.5 months) PTO per year
Job/Practice Description: Rheumatology
- General, bread-and-butter rheumatology
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Half-day of admin time spread across the week — no 4-day work week
- No call
- High volume driven by the large catchment area, with room to grow the practice
- Great fit for a physician who wants to eventually step into a leadership role
Requirements:
- BC/BE in Rheumatology
- Open to H1B (not open to J1)
