Rheumatologist – Northwest Indiana | Less Than 60 Miles from Chicago
Practice Highlights
- Join an established Rheumatology practice with 2 physicians and 1 APP
- Opportunity to step into an established patient base
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with scheduling flexibility
- Average 15–20 patients per day
- Strong primary care referral network
- Dedicated, experienced Rheumatology MA support
- Onsite X-ray and ultrasound
- Telehealth available
- Limited regional outreach
