Job Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified Rheumatologist for a permanent outpatient opportunity in Southeastern Washington. This is an excellent chance to join a well-established practice offering a collaborative clinical environment, consistent patient volumes, and strong administrative support.

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Rheumatology
- Active Washington State Medical License or IMLC eligibility
- Current BLS Certification
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges
Clinical Skills
Required
- Diagnostic and therapeutic taps
- Arthrocentesis
- Joint and soft tissue injections
- Bone mineral density studies
- Familiarity with intravenous therapies
Preferred
- Tissue biopsy
- Microscopic specimen evaluation

- Base Salary: $265,955 plus productivity-based earning potential (70% prior-year compensation + RVU model)
