This in-person assignment offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic responsibilities and shared call coverage. Join an experienced multidisciplinary team, care for a diverse patient population, and enjoy the professional advantages of a short-term contract with the potential for extension.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat approximately 18 patients per day.
• Participate in rotating evening call and 1 in 3 weekend call coverage.
• Collaborate with Rheumatologists and Orthopedic providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation.
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Rheumatology.
• Active Massachusetts medical license required.
• Influenza vaccination required (no exceptions or waivers).
• Current or most recent direct supervisor reference required.
Working Hours
• Monday through Friday.
• Clinic hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Variable clinic sessions with 4 hours of patient-facing clinic time per session.
• Ability to work 6 shifts per week required.
• Rotating evening call and 1 in 3 weekend call.
