Job Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care for patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of rheumatologic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, vasculitis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoporosis, gout, and connective tissue diseases.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Build and grow a thriving rheumatology practice supported by immediate patient demand, a large built-in referral network, and minimal market competition.
- Collaborate with Primary Care physicians and specialists across the St. Bernards Healthcare network to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
- Practice in a dedicated outpatient clinic with experienced clinical and administrative support designed to maximize efficiency.
- Work alongside an Advanced Practice Provider to expand patient access and enhance continuity of care.
- Provide inpatient rheumatology consultations as desired, based on your clinical interests and practice preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers throughout a regional service area serving more than 700,000 residents.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary care conferences to support clinical excellence.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record.
