Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for chronic autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders
Perform detailed patient assessments and interpret diagnostic testing results
Educate patients on treatment options, disease management, and long-term care strategies
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinical support staff
Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and ongoing professional development activities
Contribute to a culture of quality care, safety, and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Rheumatology Fellowship
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
Valid DEA registration
Strong clinical expertise with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
