Practice Details
* Busy, growing Rheumatology practice
* Large referral base from 290+ in-network providers
* Additional external referral base serving ~1.3 million patients
* No call responsibilities
* State-of-the-art onsite infusion center
* Dedicated RN and care team support
Clinical Responsibilities
* Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of rheumatologic conditions
* Develop individualized treatment plans, including biologic therapies
* Utilize onsite infusion services for comprehensive patient care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers across specialties
* Participate in coordinated care initiatives and population health programs

Qualifications
