• Seeking a full-time Locum Rheumatologist to provide outpatient clinic coverage in Massachusetts.
• Assignment expected to start ASAP for approximately 24 weeks, with potential extension.
• Work alongside an established team of rheumatologists and orthopedic providers in a high-volume clinic setting.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions
• See approximately 18 patients per day in clinic
• Participate in rotating evening and weekend call coverage 📞
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Qualifications
• Active Massachusetts medical license required
• Board Certified/Eligible in Rheumatology
• Flu vaccination required (no exceptions)
• Must provide recent/direct supervisor reference
Working Hours
• Clinic hours between 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM (variable sessions)
• Call: 1 in 3 weekends + rotating evening coverage
Skills
• Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic) 💻
• Excellent patient communication and care coordination 🤝
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
