Outpatient | 1:3 Call | Near Chicago
She Recruits is partnering with a financially strong, physician-friendly health system in Northwest Indiana seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Rheumatologist.
Located minutes from downtown Chicago, this is a full-time outpatient role within a collegial, well-supported group.
Compensation & Highlights:
• $265K–$345K base (MGMA-aligned)
• RVU and quality bonus incentives
• Sign-on bonus
• Monday–Friday schedule
• 1:3 call rotation
• In-office infusion services
• EPIC EMR (HIMSS Stage VII facility)
• 6 weeks PTO
• CME, licensure reimbursement, 403(b) with match
