About the Position
* Join a collaborative, physician-led team in a patient-centered outpatient practice
* 100% outpatient care with optional inpatient work for additional income
* Flexible scheduling options: 2–5 days per week with varied shift lengths (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)
* Extremely light call schedule (approximately one phone call per month)
* Practice in a modern facility within a multidisciplinary setting alongside orthopedics, PM&R, therapy, and imaging services
* Work in an independent, nonprofit environment with strong physician autonomy and low administrative burden
* Supported by a care team model including part-time physicians and 24/7 hospitalist coverage
* Compensation & Benefits
* $300,000 guaranteed base salary (with long-term guarantee)
* Total earning potential: $300,000 – $500,000+ with uncapped wRVU bonus
* $30,000 sign-on bonus
* Up to $100,000 in student loan assistance
