• We are seeking a dedicated Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY.
• The physician will provide comprehensive care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune diseases including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• The role focuses on managing chronic musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions in an outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, scleroderma, ankylosing spondylitis, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
• Interpret laboratory and imaging studies related to rheumatologic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacotherapy, biologics, and lifestyle modifications.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care to monitor disease progression and treatment response.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience required.
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Working Hours
• 40 hours per week
• Full-time and part-time options available
• In-person, outpatient only
