Requirements: Ability to manage an independent outpatient clinic panel and collaborate in a team-based environment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Diagnose and manage chronic rheumatologic conditions in an outpatient setting
  • Coordinate care with on-site Infusion Therapy Center
  • Collaborate closely with Rheumatology physician and multidisciplinary care team
  • Provide comprehensive follow-up care and patient education
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation COMMUNITY & LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
