Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $350,000 - $375,000 Base Salary Guaranteed
• Generous Bonus Opportunity: Customized production model structured with physicians input on thresholds and rate, or option for straight salaries position, if preferred.
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 (Get paid when you sign!)

Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: ABMS certification eligibility required
• Licensure: Must be able to obtain an Illinois State Medical license
• Sponsorship: Visa Sponsorship Available
